PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS
Puppets for Education Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £5.00 - £10.00 - £20 and £50. You can choose to purchase any amount between £5.00 minimum and £100 maximum. Simply Add to cart the value of the vouchers you wish to purchase and proceed to checkout. There is a standard charge of £1.25 per voucher towards 1st Class Recorded Delivery.
Sending Vouchers as gifts.
At checkout, you will see the option to select another delivery address. If you select this option, the vouchers will be dispatched to the recipients address and the invoice sent to you, the cardholder / purchaser's address.
Adding a personal message
You can write a short personal message to appear on the gift voucher card by simply typing your message in the box provided. Alternatively you can write your own message on the Gift Card to present to someone personally.

REDEEMING GIFT VOUCHERS
Each Gift Voucher has a unique Voucher Code. Simply type the Gift Voucher Code into the Enter coupon code button at checkout and then click - Apply coupon. Once applied to an order, the code will activate and cannot be re-used. Gift Voucher(s) can be exchanged for goods equal to its face value (excluding shipping costs.) It can also be exchanged for goods exceeding its face value on payment of the difference by credit card or Pay Pal Account.
No change or partial refund will be given for a ‘partially redeemed’ voucher(s).
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Gift Vouchers are non-redeemable and under no circumstances, be exchanged in whole or part for cash refund. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers. Promotional Codes and other Discounts offered from time to time cannot be used to purchase a Gift Vouchers. Gift Vouchers are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. Puppets for Education cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen Gift Vouchers. Puppets for Education will have the right to request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Voucher is redeemed or used to make purchases online.
Gift Vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
