Postage and Delivery

 

How to order:

You can place your order via the website and secure online payment system by adding the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout. We accept all major cedit and debit cards or alternatively, you can pay through Pay Pal.

If you would prefer to pay by personal cheque (sterling only) please contact us via e-mail at puppetsforeduc@aol.com for more details. Items will be dispatched on cheque clearance.

We can also process orders by telephone; Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm. Please call us on 0845 017 9645.

Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery Service (signed for.) 1st Class delivery is usually within one to two working days.

Alternatively, you can choose next day Special Delivery guaranteed before 1.00pm the following working day. For this sevice you need to place your order before 1.00pm the previous working day. Note: some restrictions apply to remote areas of Scotland and the Channel Islands. Postal charges and delivery options are shown at checkout. View Delivery Charges 

If for any reason an item is out of stock that you have paid for at checkout, we will contact you by email and advise you of an expected delivery date. If this is unsatisfactory we will if you prefer, offer you a full refund.

Unfortunately at present we can not accept orders for Countries outside of the European Union (EU)

For orders within other EU Countries, payment is in GBP and goods will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For (Airmail) - Delivery normally within three to four working days.

Due to royal Mail regulations, there are restrictions regarding the maximum dimensions and weight of parcels that can be sent to European destinations; therefore larger parcels will be delivered by courier service. If your order fits into this category we will advise you via e-mail about excess delivery costs and check that you wish to proceed with the order.


Returns Policy

We operate a no-quibble guarantee, so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via e-mail at puppetsforeduc@aol.com or by phone on 0845 017 9645. We will then arrange with you to either exchange or fully refund the value of the items, conditional to receipt of the returned goods. Products must be returned  to us in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Puppets for Education is not responsible for the return postage and delivery charge on the original order.

Faulty Goods

In the event that any goods purchased are damaged or faulty on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via e-mail at puppetsforeduc@aol.com or by phone on 0845 017 9645. Puppets for Education will offer to refund the full amount plus returns postage, or replace any product on receipt of the returned goods.

Cancelling Orders

You have the right to cancel from this agreement within fourteen days of receipt of goods, please e-mail us at puppetsforeduc@aol.com.  If the item has not been despatched we will cancel the order and process a refund back to the payment method used - credit card or pay pal, within thirty days. We recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to cancel, as if we have already delivered or dispatched the products you have ordered, you are responsible for the return of the goods back to us at your own expense. Goods must be returned in the same condition and packaging as we delivered them to you.

For all goods returned to us please retain proof of postage and we recommend that you return items using recorded delivery service, as Puppets for Education is not responsible for goods that fail to reach us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
